Sun, Sea and Sand inspire for Charlotte and Steve.
There has been so much happening at Crear Flowers lately that it has been impossible to keep you up-to-date with our news. So, there are lots of lovely wedding flowers to let you see over the next few weeks. To start with here are some sunny summer flowers and photographs from an April wedding at Crear! Charlotte and her guests were certainly blessed with a fantastic day…
Flowers chosen for Charlotte’s wedding were:
- ‘Amnesia’ Roses (Charlotte’s favourite).
- Creamy-white Ranunculas.
- Soft-pink Antirrhinums (Snap-dragons, to make everyone smile).
- Eucalyptus and Rosemary (for scent and a lovely herby feel).
- Delicate white Waxflower (which has the lemony scent of a Mediterranean hillside).
- Soft blue Muscari.
- Narcissi ‘Cheerfulness’.
- Parrot Tulips ‘duChatto’.
- ‘Delft’ Hyacinth.
‘Desdemona’ and ‘Thee Wedding Show’ – March 2011
Crear Flowers has taken a new step forward and is now open for floral creations for weddings events and occasions away from our Crear home. Such has been the excitement and approval for or floral achievements, we have decided to make the ‘Crear look’ available to a wider audience.
Initially concentrating on Argyll and Greater Glasgow, we are happy to accept orders for the special appeal of Crear Flowers anywhere in Scotland.

Vintage Crockery, Jam Jars and Heather Gardens
A really special part of the wedding floristry at Crear is that the place, the setting, the atmosphere inspires creativity. Taking your ideas for your wedding day, and realising the look, the essence of what will transform the Crear space into a wonderful and personal wedding to remember. We have had the privilege of assisting many brides in making their dreams come true, and here are some recent ideas made real.
All things vintage, whimsical and shabby-chic are very much the current vogue. Nearly time to be planting seeds for the flurry of summer and autumn weddings this year.

Jam jars, perfume bottles, spice jars and tins, inkpots, boxes, buckets and boots. There are many, many containers and holders for your table displays. Be inspired by the things around you to create a new look.
These heather gardens were a delight to put together and – as a gardener – gave me a lot of satisfaction, creating mini-gardens for each table, each one named after a different Scottish island.
